Florida OHV RulesPublic OHV access is destination-specific. Florida Forest Service currently identifies Croom, Clear Creek and Tate's Hell as its designated State Forest OHV systems. Federal and private riding areas have separate rules and permits.
State ParksFlorida State Parks do not provide ATV/UTV off-road riding trails. Do not treat ordinary park roads or recreation trails as legal OHV routes.
Vehicle ClassesDo not assume ATV, UTV, motorcycle or full-size 4x4 access transfers between riding areas. Check the exact destination record and official route designation before riding.
Responsible RecreationStay on designated legal routes, obey daylight and seasonal restrictions, respect private and sensitive land, avoid trail widening, pack out trash and follow current fire and closure notices.
